Can we provide our own food and beverage? Los Poblanos is committed to promoting local, organic, seasonally-driven cuisine in efforts to support local farmers and ranchers and to provide our guests with a unique and memorable gourmet experience. We have a full-service kitchen and our Executive Chef, Jonathan Perno , will work with you to create menus to your specifications. As such, we do not allow off-site catering or food and beverage to be brought in for events.
Los Poblanos is currently seeking experienced Servers for our fine dining/event facility. The ideal candidate should possess experience in the hospitality industry with fine dining, banquets and weddings experience preferred. Candidates must exhibit excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail, be self-motivated and enjoy working in a team environment, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and consistently demonstrate the desire to provide exceptional customer service.

They must also possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and consistently demonstrate the desire to provide exceptional customer service.
Organic lavender farming enables us to further our preservation mission by balancing our rich agricultural history with environmental concerns such as water conservation and soil structure. We use a steam distillation process right on the farm to extract the essential oil and ensure absolute purity. The oil then goes into our specialty line of spa products and amenities at Los Poblanos Inn to offer our guests a deeply relaxing experience directly connected to the land itself.
