For over 30 years, Louis and Company has been a leading industrial distributor of cabinet hardware, woodworking supplies, surfacing products, coatings and finishes, and machinery to the cabinet shop and furniture manufacturing industry. The products we distribute include cabinet hardware, abrasives, fasteners, tools, adhesives, high-pressure laminates, coating and finishes, machinery, and other related merchandise.Louis and Company was founded in 1975 by Jeff Louis with its first location in Anaheim, California. Today, Louis and Company maintains branches in Brea, San Diego, Fremont, Ventura, and Van Nuys, California; Grand Prairie, Houston, and San Antonio Texas; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Phoenix, Arizona; Las Vegas, Nevada; Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and Denver, Colorado. In October of 2004, Louis and Company acquired Machinery Hardware Supply (MHS) of Utah. MHS was a strategic acquisition providing an immediate strong presence in both the Utah and Idaho markets. In January 1999, Louis and Company acquired Neuman Supply Company, who also carries many of the same major product lines offered by Louis and Company. Neuman Supply Company was based out of Eugene, Oregon, with branches in Portland. A fleet of delivery trucks operating out of these locations permits us to service a wide geographic area.In January 1997, Louis and Company became part of the Würth Group, a 7+ billion dollar company headquartered in Künzelsau, Germany. This joint partnership enabled Louis and Company to combine resources with Würth and to set up a national distribution network.
