It is important to meet and talk with the owners to discuss their goals for the addition. First the design must meet the needs of the owner that inspired their idea for the project. Then I can work with them to design an addition that not only meets those needs, but excites them with added curb or interior appeal! It is also important to design the addition so that it works with the existing design of the house, so that the competed addition looks like it's always been a part of the house. During the design process we will inspect the existing structure to verify that the proposed construction will be completed in a manner that is structurally sound. Finally, it is important to verify the local building and planning codes to verify that the proposed construction is in compliance with those codes, and can be completed without complications.

We are a union general construction contractor with trained craftsman, ready to handle any challenge that a project might present. We work with our customers on many commercial and residential projects. We have completed medical offices, fire stations, libraries, school additions, many commercial additions and remodels. We also work on new homes, residential room additions, kitchen and bath remodels, exterior decks, window replacements, and shingle roofing. We complete the project design, estimating, carpentry, concrete, and construction management work with our own forces, and have an excellent team of suppliers and subcontractors that we work with, so that we can ensure our customers quality workmanship and coordinated scheduling on any size project.
