Dr. Lucas has both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Sociology from Case Western Reserve University and earned her PhD. at the Pennsylvania State University in 1988. In 1997 she received a prestigious university selection as Administrative Fellow/CIC (Council of Institutional Cooperation). Dr. Lucas developed broad experience in a variety of professional roles including Associate Director of Administration and Planning and as Marketing Research Associate while at Penn State. She has brought these skills to this architecture firm and is responsible for office management and ongoing client dialogue. Dr. Lucas also has worked within the health-care industry and has studied questions regarding aging and the living environment.
