Thanks for visiting the Luggage Doctor! Here at the LD we are dedicated to repairing, altering, and otherwise saving your luggage from the abuse it takes while traveling. We have a 3000 sq ft warehouse and if we have the part in stock we have the means of repairing your luggage on the spot if needed. We are an Authorized Repair Center for many successful manufacturers (please see our Warranty Work page for a list of who we can bill for repairs) and can do almost anything to a piece of luggage. Here at the LD we'll get your bag back on its feet!.

Please understand that we CAN ONLY bill a manufacturer for a warrantable repair. This means that if you are just looking for a part to fix your luggage with yourself, you will have to buy that part from us. Determining if a repair is warrantable is a complex process that can normally only be done in person and it is best if you can bring the luggage in for us to assess. If you are out of state or otherwise occupied we can attempt to determine warrantability through email with pictures and luggage tag information.
