In order to receive a full refund, you must contact our customer service department at 1-877-556-5864. Our customer service team will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization number and return shipping instructions.

Unlike most businesses, Lumiday covers you for a full 30 days starting from the date the product was shipped to you. If you're not 100% satisfied with your results, simply attain an RMA number from our Customer Service Department and send us back your unused portion for a full refund. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer service comes first at Lumiday.
