We specialize in a range of fine chocolates and baked sweets . While chocolate is our primary theme, we do have signature items that do not contain chocolate. We have found that everyone who tries our products claims at least one as their own beloved, personal favorite. For some, it's our truffles or brownies, while for countless others it's our Almond Crunch or signature carrot cake.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns and we do not give refunds. In addition, all customized packaging is nonrefundable once we confirm your order. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us and our reputation depends on it, which is why we work diligently to deliver premium chocolates and baked sweets with outstanding service. We are an accredited business with the Chicago Better Business Bureau with an A- rating and working hard on an A+ rating.

We use the information you supply for the purpose of providing the services you have requested and as described in this Policy. The email address you provide is used for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order. You and your gift recipients will also receive periodic email offers from us regarding new products, promotions or sales, and services that we think may be of interest.
