Lycatel are delighted to announce the appointment of Mohan Kumar as Chief Technology Officer. Mohan has over 19 years experience in the telecoms sector with industry leading experience in the development of MVNO architecture and systems. Mohan joins us from Xius-bcgi where during his role as President of the Company he drove MVNO thought leadership and technology strategy development across the Company resulting in numerous launches for core network platforms for MVNO and MNO including HLR, GMSC and OSS and BSS components for GSM, CDMA, WiFi and WiMAX.
