Having lived across the U.S. and abroad, Karen Colburn settled in Northern Michigan permanently with her husband, George, a Michigan native, in 1997. In the previous 10 years, she and her husband were regular visitors to Charlevoix County while living in the Los Angeles and Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas. She has owned homes in California, Virginia and New Mexico creating a solid foundation for her own personal real estate experience in Michigan which includes single family homes, condominiums, time shares and land contracts.

Service . Lynda enjoys the day to day challenges that real estate brings. She is passionate about working to help people through both real estate and in the community. Lynda has been married to Bill for over 40 years. They have two grown children and the most adorable little grandson (Will) you may ever meet.
