Founded in 1986 in Tucson Arizona, M3 continues to grow with offices in Chandler Arizona, Charlotte, North Carolina, Hermosillo Mexico, Buenos Aires Argentina and is incorporated in Guatemala, Peru and Canada. M3’s diverse staff of over 1000 people has project experience in over 30 countries and fluent in more than 30 languages. Centered in a region with significant mining and astronomical projects, we are well known both domestically and internationally for our contributions to these industries.

Located in a very compact footprint and in a narrow valley, M3 designed Escobal to maximize work flow and efficiency while minimizing the disturbance to the surrounding terrain, further reducing reclamation and closure costs. M3 is a privately held full service design firm. As our name represents, we are a merger of 3 disciplines; Architecture, Engineering and Construction Management providing continuous design and construction services from project conception to final testing and integration. We offer a diverse field of services to a broad international client base.

A BSCE is required. PE or EIT preferred. 3 years of Structural experience in a consulting engineering firm with AutoCAD and Revit and RISA 3D structural analysis experience required. Must be able to work in a project team and maintain a project schedule with limited supervision, be a self-starter, detailed-oriented and have exceptional organizational skills. Must communicate clearly and interact with clients and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner. Ability to travel to other M3 offices or projects as required.

An AA degree with 2 years’ experience or 5 years direct relevant experience in an engineering consulting firm required. Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit and experience with MS Office is required, previous 3D modeling experience is preferred. Will perform site inspections and have direct interaction with clients. Candidate must be able to travel, domestically & internationally, to other M3 offices and project sites to provide field support for new and ongoing projects.
