At MACOM we offer a broad range of RF power transistor products--discrete devices, modules, and pallets designed to operate from DC to 6 GHz. Our high power transistors are ideal for civil avionics, communications, networks, radar, and industrial, scientific, and medical applications. Our product portfolio leverages MACOM’s more than 60-year heritage of providing both standard and custom solutions using bipolar, MOSFET, and now GaN technologies to meet our customers’ most demanding needs.

At MACOM we leveraged our proven technology for switching and transport of High-Definition (HD) uncompressed video signals in the broadcast industry, to provide economical and robust solutions for the security and surveillance industry. MACOM’s devices allow for an efficient and effective migration from analog and standard definition (SD) monitoring and recording systems to HD video surveillance systems with dependability.

At MACOM we provide highly integrated multifunction Transmit/Receive (T/R) MMICs for both radar and communications applications. These products build upon a multi-decade history of supplying multifunction MMIC to critical programs. Supporting bare die and packaged devices our standard and custom devices span that frequency range from L-Band through Ku-Band. Surface Mount solutions area based upon industry standard QFN style packages which integrate T/R MMIC functionality with CMOS based logic drivers facilitating both ease of use and assembly.
