While technically founded in 2006, Westlake Housing, LP dates back to 1991 when its principals provided real estate and advisory services to various conduit lenders on $1.3 billion of securitized mortgages.

Westlake Housing is headquartered in Austin, Texas. Our current portfolio consists of 31 multifamily, LIHTC properties totaling approximately 3,000 units in 15 states.

Westlake Housing's principals and senior leadership have extensive experience in real estate and the LIHTC program, including financing, property management, compliance, workouts, acquisitions, strategy development, asset management, and dispositions.
