Aeroflex, founded in 1937, designs, develops, and manufactures test and measurement products that are used in communication systems, networks and automatic test systems. Its customers are found in the aerospace, defense, wireless mobile, broadband communications and advanced manufacturing markets.

In 2014, Aeroflex entered into a merger agreement with Cobham plc, a UK company that designs and manufactures a wide range of equipment, specialized systems and components for the aerospace, defense, energy, and electronics industries.

Started as a specialized onsite calibration business in 1992, Measurement Assurance Technology has evolved into MAT solutions ( read the press release). MATsolutions is a full service test & measurement sales and support operation, also offering calibration for mechanical, physical/dimensional, and specialized tools and instrumentation.

Since 1992, MATsolutions has delivered the assurance our clients need when acquiring, maintaining, and managing high quality test and measurement equipment. MATsolutions is an independent equipment and services provider, not a dealer or manufacturer’s representative. Our only commitment is to our customers.

Based in Irving TX, MATsolutions operates from our corporate-owned building which houses our 6,000 square foot ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Accredited Lab and Repair Facility. Quality is ensured through our ISO 9001:2008 Registered Quality System, and since we are not a dealer or manufacturer's representative we remain independent in offering advice, equipment, service, and support. Our only commitment is to our customers.
