To quote the press release: Miva Small Business Solutions has been purchased from Miva, Inc. by a management team lead by Russell Carroll, who will serve as new CEO for the enterprise, and former Miva executive Rick Wilson, its new Executive Vice President. Rounding out the team are Mark Johnson, VP of Development, and David Roquemore, VP of Technology.
