MC ASSEMBLY is a national leader in the contract manufacturing industry. We provide turnkey solutions to the original equipment manufacturer that can reduce cost, increase quality, and maintain product availability. MC ASSEMBLY was founded in 1984 as a bare PCB test facility. The company expanded into ATE test fixture fabrication in 1986, and finally into contract manufacturing in 1989. The bare PCB test portion of the business was subsequently sold and fixture fabrication has since been eliminated.MC ASSEMBLY is located on Florida's East Coast, in Melbourne, approximately sixty miles east of Orlando. We currently employ approximately 1200 people and operate from four facilities in the USA and one manufacturing facility in Zacatecas, Mexico. In October 2004 we will complete the expansion of one of our current locations giving us a total of 230,000 SF in the Melbourne area.MC ASSEMBLY provides our customers with the highest level of quality products and services, while satisfying their electronic manufacturing requirements.
