The Company is owned and operated by Mark Szafaryn, as President, and Anthony Bono as Vice President. Szafaryn, President, has over twenty-five years of experience in the industry and is responsible for overseeing and planning new project development and construction. These responsibilities include value engineering, design critique, selection and supervision of project managers and subcontractors, schedule coordination, and owner's liaison with government agencies. Mark has extensive experience in construction of commercial and institutional projects. He is a licensed General Contractor in various states and has supervised the construction of high-rise office buildings, financial institutions, shopping centers, mixed-use retail projects, and restaurants. Mark is a graduate of Adrian College and remains very active in community and construction industry organizations. Anthony Bono, Vice President, has twenty-four years of experience in the industry and provides administrative support for every project from budget estimation and project management to schedule punctuality and project closeout. Anthony's organizational skill, drive and determination coupled with his construction management major presents an invaluable asset to every client. He prides himself in bringing every project in on time and within budget.
