We have won a contract with Sapphire Networks, a leading provider of data and Internet solutions located in Gibraltar, specializing in high availability and quality services. MIND is providing them with a convergent Data and VOIP billing and customer care system. Sapphire Networks are primary provider to some of the world’s leading names in the online gaming and financial services industries, providing world-class enterprise services, designed in consultation with industry leaders to suit global companies operating out of Gibraltar.

Monica Iancu, MIND's CEO, commented: "The second quarter soft revenue reflects the factors we emphasized repeatedly in the past and the delayed timing of wins that we expected to materialize in the first quarter. Increased expenses, partially due to detrimental exchange rates, had their impact on our lower than targeted margins. We are excited and encouraged with the new deals that we won this quarter as we competed with larger companies. The carriers’ feedback is that we provide a robust feature rich solution at a much better value than our competition.

Having a properly installed billing system is not enough for long-term efficient operation. You also need qualified personnel to operate and maintain the platform in the most cost-effective and reliable way. In order to provide your employees with the highest level of competence in operating our solutions, MIND has developed training modules for different users, depending on the MINDBill billing system activities they perform.
