About MLB MLB Incorporated was founded by Harold Berlowe and Raul Menares as a property development and management company. Since 1994 MLB has developed over $75 million of commercial and residential real estate and managed numerous properties throughout central and northern New Jersey. Harold Berlowe's background includes managing a residential development and construction firm where he contributed a keen sense of value-added design and the use of cutting-edge technologies to residential home building. Raul Menares brings 20 years of experience in construction management to the maintenance, repair and upgrading of structures of any size, type and age. Jay Shehan joined MLB to administer funds, develop budgets and direct the financial aspects of MLB-managed properties. Every MLB property annually undergoes a budget review, with insurance requirements, estimated taxes and escrow holdings updated and annual reports provided to the property owners.
