MLO CompliancePro, LLC (“MLO CompliancePro”) was established in 2011 to assist the mortgage industry in complying with the licensing and registration requirements as outlined in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).

MLO CompliancePro is dedicated to save you time and money. We will prepare, submit, and track your state license filings and renewals in the NMLS. We will ensure that your business is not interrupted by managing the NMLS accounts for your company and your mortgage licensed originators allowing you to concentrate on growing your business while we focus on your compliance within the NMLS. MLO CompliancePro will become a valuable, dependable resource for your company and mortgage licensed originators.

A quarterly report of mortgage activity and company information created by state regulators and administered electronically through NMLS. All state licensed companies and companies employing state licensed mortgage loan originators must submit the NMLS Mortgage Call Report on a calendar quarterly basis for each state where your company holds a license or registration. It is due 45 days from the end of the quarter.

In essence MLO CompliancePro will guide your company and mortgage licensed originators through the state and federal licensing requirements housed within the NMLS. We will manage your company, branch, and mortgage licensed originator’s accounts in the NMLS and keep you in compliance. The goal of MLO CompliancePro is to keep your business and mortgage licensed originators compliant and minimize the amount of time the company and mortgage licensed originators need to spend in the NMLS.
