Connie has over ninteen years experience in Loss Prevention. She started her career as a Loss Prevention Agent for K-Mart and Sears while going to college. She has worked for several years detaining shoplifters, employees and vendors for theft. She has extensive personal experience in the practical obstacles in reducing retail theft. After graduating from California State University, Sacramento with her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology, Connie worked with Target Stores as an Assets Protection Team Leader for eight years.

Our loss prevention department has investigators experienced in undercover secret shopper situations.
