Description

From 1986 -1997 ProCom was a leading regional long distance carrier with 70% of its customers located in Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Virginia. ProCom’s owner’s Larry Sisler and Donald Frazee sold the company on Oct. 31, 1997 to Atlanta based company Network One. However, in early 2002 circumstances enabled the previous ProCom management to re-enter the market they had so successfully dominated.
