In 2009 the American Machinist publication named Ashland Technologies one of the Top 10 machine shops in the U.S.” Ashland Technologies, Inc., is a contract manufacturer of machined and fabricated parts used in diesel vehicles, school buses, motor homes, construction equipment and marine applications. Ash-Tec also manufacturers their own branded line of fuel filter systems for diesel applications. Additionally they serve various other industries including amusement rides and theme parks, fast food equipment and renewable energy.

Greater Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania : The Manufacturers Resource Center (MRC), announced today that Schuylkill County manufacturer Ashland Technologies, Inc., of Hegins, PA, earned the NIST-MEP distinction as their Make It in America “Manufacturer of the Week.” Every week NIST-MEP features an MEP manufacturer on their “Make It in America” website.
