The high quality services we provide include janitorial and contract labor. Our janitorial services include routine cleaning in office or industrial settings. We also offer hardwood care, carpet cleaning, stripping, and waxing.

At MRC, we provide job coaches to help your new employee learn their job and continue to provide satisfactory performance.

Universal and Universal was founded in 1989, as a for-profit corporation that was owned and operated by people who have persistent histories of mental illness. Since that time, Universal and Universal has changed its status to a non profit company, and has moved under MRC Industries as a program, to continue providing life changing work opportunities for this population.
