Dan is the founder and CEO of Management Resource Group, Ltd. (MRG), providing the strategic vision for and overseeing the successful operations of the company. Family Resources offers more than 30 programs that span the areas of child welfare and juvenile justice, mental health, victim services and education. Recently the agency expanded their service area to provide services in 10 counties in Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois. In July 2014, Family Resources will formally establish an affiliation with Four Oaks, headquartered in Cedar Rapids. Nearly two years ago Family Resources Board approved a strategic plan that outlined the aggressive exploration of formal partnerships.
