MSE Building Company, Incorporated was founded in March 1993 in Clay, Alabama by Steve Jones. Prior to starting this company Steve Jones, the company president, had been employed for Brice Building Company for 10 years where he had moved his way up from apprentice carpenter to project superintendent. Having been involved in construction since high school, Steve had always wanted to have a construction company and in fall of 1992 he was able to acquire a General Contractor’s License and fulfill his dream. Since its beginnings, MSE Building Company, Incorporated has slowly built into a company with an average yearly volume of between $15 to $25 million. The company’s experience includes heavy civil foundations, retaining walls, dams, spillways, water treatment facilities, bridge culverts, parking decks, concrete frames, and industrial maintenance.
