Mullin Hoard & Brown, LLP was founded in 1990 and has steadily expanded both in size and scope of its practice. MHB's growth has been built on the ability to provide a full range of legal services to national and regional clients doing business in the Southwest combined with a national litigation practice focused in the areas of accountants' and other professionals' liability, director and officer liability, and fraudulent transfer and bankruptcy-related claims.

Several of our attorneys have significant experience handling complex litigation matters under available insurance coverage. Our transportation litigation group has vast experience in representing insureds in defense of claims under existing commercial policies. Our employment law group has significant experience in dealing with issues under EPLI coverage.

Mullin Hoard & Brown, L.L.P. has a strong appellate practice and in addition to obtaining a substantial number of judgments in favor of our clients, we have successfully affirmed many of those judgments on appeal. We have an extensive and wide-ranging appellate practice as our lawyers have defended and prosecuted a wide variety of cases throughout Texas and the United States. Our partner Donald M. Hunt leads the firm's appellate practice and he is considered by many to be the Dean of Texas appellate lawyers.

At Mullin Hoard & Brown, we have a varied family law practice that is led by our partners Danny Needham and Latrelle Bright Joy. Both Danny and Latrelle are Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and they along with other attorneys handling family law matters have extensive experience in the district courts and family courts throughout Texas.

We represent many local and national lending institutions and have substantial experience in all areas of lender representation. We have extensive experience in representing commercial lenders involving complex loan and guaranty issues, inter-bank participation, and other agreements, letter of credit issues, UCC issues, and bank mergers and acquisitions.
