Key Players at MY Design Group… Michael Youngsma opened our doors in 2003 after more than a decade of working as an in-house graphic designer and freelancer. As Owner and Creative Director, he is focused on bringing clients inspired design solutions that engage consumers and enhance brands. He is responsible for overseeing and directing the creative process. With over a decade of marketing experience, Ana Youngsma is V.P. of Marketing. Prior to joining MY Design Group, she was the Marketing Specialist for a swimwear manufacturer. At MY Design Group she focuses on marketing strategy, business development, and public relations.
