M & W Construction, Incorporated is an organization dedicated to providing a quality product at a fair price with unparalleled customer service in the construction industry. In 1983, Steve Roebuck founded Northwest Commercial Contracting, Incorporated in Findlay, Ohio. The company’s initial market was as the general contractor for the construction of Burger King restaurants. As the company grew, NCC began to do a wide variety of commercial projects including office, medical, and retail buildings. In 1993, M & W Construction was purchased and the offices of NCC were moved to Lima. A year later the two companies were merged retaining the M & W name. M & W was formed in the early 70’s primarily as an agricultural contractor and expanded into the pre-engineered steel market in the early 80’s. M & W Construction presently does general contracting of both conventional and pre-engineered steel projects while performing carpentry, steel erection, masonry, and roofing with its own forces. Steve Roebuck continues to serve as president, Dave Blank as head estimator, Dave Bowsher as field supervisor, and Nick Mathewson, Ike Miller, William Reedy, and Doug Fleck as project superintendents.
