While we provide services that range from the initial stages of coordinating projects all the way up through managing projects, we specialize in and self perform the following: rough & finish carpentry, framing metal studs & wood studs, acoustical ceilings, drywall & taping, painting & decorating, ceramic tile, vct & glue down flooring, wood flooring, interior & exterior millwork trim, siding, and also interior & exterior widows & doors. By self-performing these tasks we reduce client costs by eliminating subcontractor fees and we maintain control of the project schedule (thus avoiding potential down times arising from conflicting subcontractor schedules).

As a licensed contractor (Type A: All Projects- No Restrictions) and Certified Minority Business in the City of Chicago, M Construction has been established since 1999 as a privately held corporation.
