Lee graduated from the University of Iowa and began a career in Property & Casualty Insurance. He moved to Dallas in 1994 where he worked as a retail broker for several of the largest, nationally recognized firms in the nation providing consultancy to numerous large real estate clients. Lee has 18+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance as an Underwriter, Broker and Client Claims Advocate for large commercial & multifamily property owners/managers.

About the owner, Marc DiRe: He is a family man from Fort Worth, now living in Frisco TX. After graduating from Southwest Texas State (now called Texas State), he worked in the insurance industry, and is an expert at the claims process i.e. hail damage. He started working in the roofing industry with a company that specialized in Clay, Slate and Tile Roofs. Marc is a certified specialist through the Tile Roof Institute.
