Mac-O-Rama collects your contact information for the purpose of providing sales and service. If we provide repair services to you, we also will disclose your email address to Apple so that they can contact you for a customer satisfaction survey.

We’ve been in business in Reno since 2001 and our technicians have over 60 years of combined experience in Mac technical services.

As an authorized warranty service provider for Apple Inc., we provide warranty services on all Mac models. We also provide out of warranty service on Macs, iPods and iPhones, PCs and other electronics.

We restrict access to this personal information to the Mac-O-Rama staff members who need the information to provide services to you. These individuals are bound by confidentiality agreements and may be subject to termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

We also provide a number of consulting services including one to one training, service at your business or home, network management, Mac and PC device integration and virtual CIO services.
