Mac-Gray Corporation, a Dexter Authorized Distributor, is pleased to announce that it will host three Dexter Laundry Equipment Service Schools and Profit Seminars for the Woburn, MA; Manchester, CT; and Albany, NY areas. These events will offer in-depth service training on Dexter washers and dryers as well as special sessions for commercial laundry owners on how to improve profits for their businesses.

Our call centers feature automatic call distributor, computer telephony integration and speed data look-up and entry to ensure our specially-trained Customer Care representatives have the necessary tools to best serve our customers, making it easier than ever to connect with Mac-Gray. Each representative has received more than 40 hours of training on how to best serve our customers.

To ensure quality, we are committed to providing our customers with only genuine manufacturers’ parts. Our laundry parts department is fully stocked and we are able to ship anywhere within the US.

Founded in 1927, Mac-Gray derives its revenue principally through the contracting of debit-card- and coin-operated laundry facilities in multi-unit housing facilities such as apartment buildings, college and university residence halls, condominiums and public housing complexes. Mac-Gray manages approximately 88,000 laundry rooms located in 43 states and the District of Columbia. Mac-Gray also sells and services commercial laundry equipment to retail laundromats and other customers through its Product Sales division.
