Since 2004, Norm has primarily focused on being a Facilitator for GM’s Standards for Excellence (SFE) program in South East Florida. He was one of a select few facilitators chosen as Digital Process Consultants for Cadillac Dealerships in Florida. Norm has worked with many GM dealerships in Florida across all GM brands to help them increase their sales; enhance their profitability; and improve their customers experience at the dealership. With the dealership facilitation of the core SFE program evolving to GM field personnel in 2013, MacLeod Consulting is now is able to independently provide the traditional level of focus and expertise that dealers have come to rely on, while still working productively with Dealership factory representatives. MacLeod Consulting can now work with dealer’s different manufactures taking advantage of economies of scale and providing consistency within operations.
