Construction Claims Support Claims support and expert witness services for the construction industry. Over 35 years of construction and environmental related experience, including residential, commercial and industrial construction, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, lead paint removal, hazardous material clean-up and indoor air quality remediation. Estimating We work with the insurance industry through damage assessments, the construction industry through project estimating and as a legal aid to dispute resolution. We have developed and refined our own proprietary estimating system as well as extensive experience in applying RS Means Cost Data and the Xactimate software estimating systems in a project specific manner. Project Services Our project services include LEED-AP Services for specific green design and building services and Project Management Consulting Services for cost-effective and timely construction management. We also provide Project Support Services including, document control and graphical representation aids and project oversight and monitoring as well as Construction Contract Referee (CCR) services for preventing and resolving disagreements and disputes.
