Machine Arts, inc. was founded in 1992 by it's president, Jeffrey Sipress, to fill the need in the local Santa Barbara area for a provider of high precision machining services that would exceed the levels of customer service that were otherwise available. Success began that first year, and steady controlled growth has led to wider markets and the current facility, with it's state of the art manufacturing equipment, engineering software and quality management system.

Machine Arts primarily manufactures small high-toleranced components fabricated from aluminum alloys, a variety of stainless steels, titanium, numerous engineering plastics, and oxygen free copper. We do machine parts up to 20 x 30" as well. Typically, our part specifications require a high degree of surface conditioning, and finishes include anodize, chem-film, paint and silkscreen graphics, teflon or lubricant impregnation, and precision masking. We handle all plating and heat treating requirements using only strictly approved suppliers.
