In 1996, while still in the United States Air Force, Terry McAdams started MacTech Solutions in the spare bedroom of his home. There was a great need for a Macintosh expert to provide business and home users with consulting and training. Terry partnered with a couple of internet service providers and was the “go to guy’ for anything Macintosh. In 2004, after Terry retired from the Air Force, he took the business full-time and then moved to their Kemp Street location to offer retail sales to customers.

To the extent applicable, each product sold on this site is packaged with applicable manufacturer’s warranty and service information detailing specific terms and conditions. We encourage you to complete the product registration information and return any registration cards to the manufacturer so that they can contact you if necessary in the future. Additional or extended warranties may be available. Please inquire.

Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product’s warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other support documentation that came with your product. The customer may choose to have MacTech Solutions work directly with the manufacturer on the customer’s behalf. If this option is chosen, then standard service rates apply.
