The developers and sales team engaged the agency to re-image the property after the majority of initial residential sales within the 218-unit residential tower fell out. The agency created an award-winning and effective array of tools for the sales team including a refresh of the sales center; a new award-winning sales brochure; extensive public and media relations; broker and buyer events; outdoor signage; a buyer-centric advertising campaign; and an award-winning lifestyle-focused website.

This independent oil and natural gas exploration company, headquartered in Houston, retained the agency to develop a brand for the expanding company, in addition to garnering positive media exposure for the new corporate leadership and its innovative business model. The agency also developed a website that reinforced the overall branding and messaging, providing investors and the media with a site for information about the growing company. This enhanced exposure led to its goal of being successfully acquired by Venoco for $456M.
