In 1998, after traveling the world as a private chef on one of the world's largest yachts, Christopher Lampo returned to his town of Bryan, Texas to settle down and fulfill his lifelong dream of opening a world-class restaurant. He purchased the Andrews House (circ. 1913) and restored (and greatly improved) it to accommodate his world-class restaurant, which opened as Christopher's World Grille in May of 1999.
