With our vast inventory of designs and patterns, many dating back to our first years, as well as the ability to research and create “from scratch” we have the ability to do what few others can. In addition, he previously contributed service and expertise in our machine shop and fabrication shops, totaling more than 12 years of experience He is a great-grandson of the founder of Maddox, William Emory (Hitup) Maddox and also serves on the Board of Directors of the company as proxy for his mother, Valerie A. Hipp - one of the minority owners. Bill also combines his twenty-three years of experience in the agricultural and industrial equipment business, including five years in the animal feed and health field. Bill assists with the day-to-day work flow of jobs at the plant. Bill travels regionally for the company and is an integral part of our marketing team.
