Our Mission The mission of Madelia Community Hospital & Clinic is to provide safe and quality healthcare services to those we serve in an environment based on respect, dignity and excellence.

The Madelia Community Hospital was formed to provide charitable support for the future medical and educational needs of Madelia Community Hospital, apart from normal operating expenses. How will the community benefit from the Foundation? The community will benefit from a modern medical facility, which keeps abreast with medical advancements. How will a donor benefit from the Foundation? Donors will value the opportunity to partner with the Foundation to provide their community with a life-saving medical facility and an enhanced quality of life.

The dedicated and caring staff of the Madelia Community Hospital Home Care Department continues to provide services in the home to patients in Madelia and surrounding areas. Services range from professional nursing care and physician ordered therapies to personal care and light housekeeping. All home care services are provided under the direction of the client's physician. The home health team works to promote, maintain or restore the client's health. The goal is to minimize the effects of illness and disability allowing the client to remain in the home setting.

Advanced Clinical Testing The laboratory at Madelia Community Hospital & Clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art methodologies and equipment to provide clinical testing and blood bank/transfusion services. The laboratory is a High Complexity Testing Laboratory and is accredited by The Joint Commission*.

To Our Friends & Neighbors: The Madelia Community Hospital Foundation joins the community to ensure quality healthcare is available for our community. Madelia Community Hospital Foundation was incorporated in 2004. The Board of Directors represent the local businesses and community.
