This program is a collaboration with the Norwich Public Schools and United Community and Family Services. We will be working exclusively with Wequonnoc School in Taftville to carry out this program. The Family School Connection Progam has been made possible by a grant from The Children's Trust Fund.To assist these families and their children, FSCN provides a program of intensive home visiting that includes parenting education and connections to community resources including the child’s school.
