MAG Small Engine is a family owned business that was established in 1987 by Michael Blessing when he returned to Boise from the U.S. Marine Corps. In Dad and Mom's backyard shop a small part-time business started to grow. We moved to downtown Garden City in 1997 where we have grown from a 1600 square foot shop with 3 employees to 4800 square feet with about 10 employees. In 2002 we changed the scope of our business from a repair shop to a full retail business, selling engines, outdoor power equipment, and related parts.

Our mobile saw shop is equipped to provide supply and service support for chainsaws and small engines in the field. Our inventory is stocked based on our history of supporting fire incidents. We have Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts lookup on our computer. We can provide inspections for the finance office if needed. Saw rentals are available as well.
