Mary Kay Mars (not to be confused with the other Dallas Mary Kay) loves brooches and pins and has been collecting them for over 20 years. After ruining an expensive silk blouse by catching the brooch she was wearing on the edge of her desk and ripping a hole in the blouse, she decided there had to be a better way to attach pins and brooches without having to put holes in her clothes.
