Not knowing any of the contractors, we decided to call and speak to each one of them about our plans and then choose the one we felt more comfortable with. When we made our calls, Mark was the only one who promptly returned the phone call. Actually, Mark returned the phone call only minutes after leaving the message. When he called, we made an appointment for him to come out and meet with us. Before we met with Mark, we knew we had found our contractor just from the phone conversation. Two other contractors never returned a phone call, and when the other one called, we said we had already found our guy. When we met with Mark, it felt like we had known him forever. It was the first of many phases planned out by Mark Galey. This multi-phased project will result in the expanding of our kitchen, a 300 sq ft covered deck, a 250 sq ft open deck with an outdoor kitchen. Mark has spent many hours with us to make sure he builds what we want. Each phase has been accomplished on time, despite many weather delays.
