About Magnum Technologies Founded in 1999, Magnum Technologies, Inc. provides software and services that quantify the impact of Information Technology (IT) performance on a company’s lines-of-business.Coming out of a shared service IT model, the founders of Magnum Technologies know first-hand the demands of managing some of the most challenging network operations centers based on their responsibilities at Norwest Technical Services, Comdisco Network Services, Target and Northwest Airlines.During their tenure, they identified the burning need for a new breed of solutions to manage the complex nature of the next generation of IT infrastructure. They authored and implemented a set of best practices for operations management and gained an appreciation for what was lacking in the existing management solutions that where available for Service Level Management and the emerging stricter Service Level Agreements.
