Magnolia Homes was founded in March, 2006 by Greg Boedges as a full service residential Design Build Firm.  Born and raised in St. Louis, MO, Greg spent much of his time as a boy working on residential remodel projects with his father.  Greg received his Bachelors Degree in Construction Management from Southwest Missouri State University in 1997 and then came to the Atlanta area to begin his career as a home builder.
