Licensed as a mortgage since 1991. At First Heritage Mortgage, Raja was the top broker out of a staff of 25 loan officers for 7 years in a row. Raja formed Maharaja Financial Services, Corp in 1994 to expand his client offerings to the realm of commercial and business lending. Currently, Maharaja Financial arranges funding of over $100 MM per year in commercial and residential real estate loans.Prior to working as a mortgage broker, Raja has varied experience as manager of a branch of ITT Financial, as banquet manager with Omni International, as the owner of gas station/convenience store business, owner of a hotel property. Raja’s variety of experience allows him to analyze diverse cash flow and financial transactions and to make approval winning loan presentations that serve his customers loan needs.Born and studied in India, Sheila came to the US in 1979. A licensed mortgage broker, Sheila has extensive experience in administration working with American Express Financial Services from 1986 – 2000. At Maharaja Financial, she is responsible for all areas of administration including Customer Care, Post-closing, Management and Office Functions. In addition to her management skills, Sheila is fluent in English, Hindi & Gugarati.
