They have a staff of 15 employees, and 6 CPAs. Services range from tax preparation and consulting for business and individuals, audits of privately held companies/non-profits , bookkeeping, QuickBooks training and more.

The founders, Kelly and Chip Hawkins, previously owned an interest in another prominent Lake Norman area management company and have many years of experience managing associations.

At the heart of what we provide to every association we manage is the type of service that is reminiscent of this time.

We provide HOA management services to the entire Lake Norman area, including Mooresville, Davidson, Cornelius, Huntersville, North Charlotte, and Denver.
