At the Franklin Shopping Center in Franklin, Sussex County, New Jersey, the Company leased 12,100 square feet to Dollar Tree, Inc. Dollar Tree is a variety store where everything is one dollar. It is a national company with stores in all 48 contiguous states and has been operation for over 20 years.

Stephen Mainardi , 54, is a graduate of Cornell University and Seton Hall Law School. He is a partner in the law firm of Mainardi & Mainardi, and acts as General Counsel to the many partnerships in which the Mainardi family has an interest. Mr. Mainardi's law practice is almost exclusively devoted to real estate; he has substantial experience in negotiating leases, mortgage documents and purchase and sale agreements. He has also represented a local bank in real estate matters from time to time. Stephen has over 20 years experience in real estate law.

At the Allaire Shopping Plaza in Wall Township, New Jersey, the Company has signed leases with two new tenants. The Brielle Sports Club has leased 15,033 square feet formerly occupied by Reynold's Department Store. It will operate exclusively as a health club fitness and sports training center. Party Fair of Wall, Inc. has taken over the 10,171 square feet formerly occupied by Party City. Party Fair has been in business for over 20 years, offering a large variety of decorating theme paper goods, costumes and much more.

Mainardi Management Co. is a family owned and operated real estate investment and management company based in Wayne, New Jersey. The Company currently manages 11 commercial properties totaling approximately 1.2 million square feet, located in New Jersey and New York.
