Karen has been an active member of TechServe Alliance for more than a decade, most recently serving as chairman of its board of directors. She also is president of the board of directors for VMS Professionals, a national not-for-profit association she co-founded in 2003. VMS Professionals, comprised of organizations that use contingent workers, has a mission to advance the industry and establish best practices in the acquisition and management of contingent labor.
